The Design Build process, historically known as the “Master Builder” process is one of the oldest forms of the construction procedure. Unlike the “traditional” approach of having a separate designer and builder, The RAM Group offer both services under one roof. By doing so we have answered our client’s desires to have a single point of responsibility for their project as well as reducing the overall time and cost by eliminating conflicts of ideas and personalities. We will design your house or renovation and because we are also builders, we know what the costs will be and will not waste time designing what is beyond your budget.

Millwork

The RAM Group also operates a 4000 sf millwork shop staffed with European craftsmen who have been formally trained as cabinetmakers and finishers.

We design and build all of our millwork, giving our projects a uniqueness and quality that is unparalleled.
